Our Promise of Total Satisfaction . . .
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, use our contact form to get a Return Authorization Number. Returns and refunds must be received within 15 days of the date you received it and contain the Return Authorization Number (on the outside of the package). Return must be in new, original condition and with complete manufacturer's packaging. Returns not meeting these standards will be subject to restocking fees. Batteries, frequency services, programming software & in-the-ear products are non refundable. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Warranty
All products sold by the Frequency Fan Club are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Defective merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date should be returned (shipping prepaid) to: Frequency Fan Club, 298 Morton Rd, Gray, GA 31032.
